As Instant Software continually improves the features and functions of WebLink, WebLink Plus and ISILink for Channel Partners, we would like to announce the release of Version 13 of AvmainLink for clients to download and upgrade their current version to this new standard.

Version 13 allows you to take advantage of the following features:

• Rental Histories can now be uploaded for viewing in the Rentals section of OwnerLink and to provide historical information for Guest Reviews and Navis to use in their guest follow up programs.
• Rates now include the ability to present Per Person pricing when the final rates are presented.
• TravelLink now fully matches the Travel Agent functionality within your First Resort Software including the ability to do a Net Tax Rates to Travel Agent transaction.
• Channel Partners can now act as a Travel Agent as well so Channel Partner bookings can also include posting Travel Agent transactions just like a Travel Agent from TravelLink.

1. Steps to download AVMainLink_13.zip

1. Create an AvmainLink folder in your accounts directory (if you don’t already have one)

2. Go to: http://www.instantsoftware.com

3. Click on Support

4. Then "Click here for Support Services"

5. Calculate your login code: This is your zip code + your Company ID number

6. Enter your user code: _________ and then click on the Login button

7. Click on the Download Latest Release link which will take you straight to the ftp site.

8. Once you get to the ftp site, go to File, then Login As:

Username: V1025

Password: C1ient$pwD

9. Click on the AvmainLink folder

10. Right click on AVMainLink_13.zip and then left click on Copy to Folder

11. Save this file to your AvmainLink folder in your accounts directory.

2. Steps to install AVMmainLink_13.zip

1. Go to the PC or File Server where AvmainLink.exe is running

2. Shutdown AvmainLink.exe

3. Using Windows Explorer or My Computer, go the AvmainLink folder on your network where you downloaded AVMainLink_13.zip in the steps above.

4. Right click on AVMainLink_13.zip and choose “Open with” and then choose either “Compressed (zip) folders or WinZip open the file.

5. Highlight all the files in the zip file, click to copy and then paste the files to the Accounts folder. Say “Yes” to overwrite all files.

6. Change directories to the Accounts folder.

7. Locate Avlink.txt and delete the file.

8. Restart AvmainLink.exe buy clicking on the icon on the desktop.

3. Steps to Update ISILink

Please note you will need to Log in to your WebLink Admin site to complete these steps.

1. Click on the link for Update ISILink from the Main Menu.

2. Next choose which item or items (Units, Rates, or Agents or Statements) you wish to update.

3. You need to run each Unit, Rate and Agents harvest twice to get your data uploaded to ISILink.
