At RezFest 2008, Instant Software announced the first of what is planned to be an extensive suite of analytical tools to help property managers make more informed decisions about their businesses, called Instant Analysis. Instant Analysis is one of the most powerful and impactful business intelligence tools for property managers in the Vacation Rental industry. It is a feature that collects and organizes reservations data so users can access vital stats such as year-on-year and year-to-date performance, in order to make the most informed business decisions.

Instant Analysis reports initially focus on statistics such as: number of reservations; revenue; nights; and commission income. They show the management company’s performance over time, profile its renters, and provide tools that show how each homeowner is doing this year compared to prior years.

The tools are flexible. Users may open pre-formatted reports and modify them to add filters or sort the data for whatever they need to analyze.

This introductory tool set will analyze data from the user’s company, but by year-end 2008, Instant Analysis will allow participating companies to compare their statistics to the average statistics for their region and country as a whole. Analysis capabilities will include advance booking patterns, pricing, discounting, and renter preference for specific home types, sizes and locations. Instant Analysis provides the basis for the only “intelligent” yield management system in the Vacation Rental industry.

Instant Analysis is a new feature in Instant Software’s ISILink, a data hub integrated to all of Instant Software’s market leading products that organizes and sends data between Instant Software’s Reservations and Business Management Solutions and an entire suite of online solutions. ISILink is the only real-time Global Distribution System for the Vacation Rental industry.
