Aspen, Colorado – (September 28, 2006) - Instant Software, the Florida-based technology firm which provides reservation management systems to the vacation rental industry, today, released V12.Net. This is the newest and most advanced software solution to join their already impressive suite of products. The V12.Net launched was witnessed by more than 350 attendees during a standing room only opening session at RezFest 2006, held in the world famous Aspen Institute, Aspen, Colorado.
Doug Macnaught, President of Instant Software made the announcement that V12.NET was now officially available for purchase and installation. Macnaught stated, “V12.NET has been in development for over five years and cost more than 25 million dollars to bring to market. This product will help unify the vacation rental industry by harnessing the vast potential of the internet.”
Macnaught, continued, “V12.NET takes advantage of the latest 64bit technology, uses MSSQL 2005 and Visual Studio 2.0 and is Vista compliant. More importantly, V12.NET provides multi-level protection and features not available from any other browser-based software used in the vacation rental industry. V12.NET is the one and only software that provides clients the ability to receive a regular back-up of their individual data. Unlike other products currently available, V12.NET maintains a completely separate database for each client’s information thereby relieving the dilemma faced by property management companies of their confidential information being commingled with data from competitive companies.”
V12.NET has been in beta testing since early June 2006. A select group of Instant Software customers were chosen to take part in the testing of the software. Response to the software has been overwhelmingly positive.
