BASALT, Colo. – November 14, 2008 – Instant Software, the leading U.S. supplier of technology solutions for the Vacation Rental Industry, and Interhome, Europe’s largest Vacation Rental Management company and distributor, agreed to integrate ISILink with Interhome’s reservations technologies so that Interhome can distribute and market 30,000+ European vacation rental properties through additional channels and access additional properties to market automatically through its own booking system.

ISILink is Instant Software’s web distribution system that connects suppliers of vacation rental properties with distributors, such as travel sites and portals. ISILink consolidates, normalizes, and interprets data from suppliers’ reservations systems and enables seamless realtime automated bookings between the different parties’ systems. ISILink is a data hub that distributors connect to and automatically pull information such as property descriptions, availability, prices, and guest reviews to market to potential travelers. When a traveler books a vacation property, the reservation information is sent back through ISILink to the property manager’s reservation system and automatically confirms the booking.

It facilitates more than 130,000 reservations per year in 21 destinations, manages vacations for 500,000 guests per year, and links over 75 local offices and more than 30 partners in nearly all European countries. This agreement with Interhome will initially add about 30,000 properties to the system (with greater numbers during 2009) and automate vacation rental bookings in the U.S., Europe and other countries around the world.
