Instant Software is pleased to announce that the Client Relationship Management team is growing so we can provide a higher level of service to our ever growing client base. The Client Relationship Managers will now be known as Senior Account Managers and Account Managers. The overall goal of the Account Management Team is to make sure that all of our client’s business needs are being satisfied, build awareness about new technologies or services, grow relationships and increase client interaction.

Kirsten Charanian, Linda Hess and Suzanne Larsen are now Senior Account Managers. We’ve added three new members to the ISI team as Account Managers. The three new Account Managers will be based out of Instant Software’s Basalt, Colorado office.

Please welcome the following Account Managers as they join the ISI family:

Carolyn Hurley lives in the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen area) and worked at Plum TV as an Advertising and Marketing Coordinator. A Boston, Massachusetts native, she attended Suffolk University, graduating with an Interior Design and Business Administration degree. She also attended Harvard University in the Continuing Education program, taking classes such as Managerial Finance and Financial Statement Analysis. Carolyn has had a variety of experience from a Junior Designer, Travel Sales Specialist in golf event planning, and an Administrative Associate at a Private Equity Firm, prior to making her move to the Roaring Fork Valley. For fun, Carolyn enjoys conversational French, snowboarding and squash.

Carolyn will be working with clients in Florida and the Northeast.

Elise Gauvreau relocated to ISI’s Basalt, CO office from Colorado Springs where she worked for Hewlett-Packard as a Medium and Small Business Sales Representative. Elise is a graduate of the University of Colorado, obtaining a BA in Communication. She also spent a “Semester at Sea” through the University of Pittsburgh, visiting 10 countries in 100 days. She brings with her a high level of customer service and relationship management. Even though Elise grew up in New England, she is a huge New York Yankee fan, and enjoys skiing, hiking, and world travel.

Elise will be working with clients in Alabama and the Southeast.

Lauren Bullard has been in the Roaring Fork Valley for over one year working as a Real Estate Assistant at Whitman Fine Properties, where she gained valuable experience in the real estate and luxury rental market. Originally from Michigan, Lauren received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological Institute. But before long, she realized she wanted to have more interaction and “face time” with clients. She spent three years in Chicago with Wind Point Partners, where she was a Marketing and Communication Associate for the highly prestigious private equity firm. Lauren is a natural leader and will provide a high level of customer service.

Lauren will be working with clients in the Rockies and west.
