Destin Beach Realty has been an Instant Software client since 2003, using Entech as its vacation rental management software solution. Over the years, they have enjoyed their software relationship and have found support to be a strong attribute. "Support at Entech is excellent! They are always very helpful with any questions or issues that arise," said Heather Kelso, Rental Manager of Destin Beach Realty. 

 

In addition to Entech, they now use WebLink after switching from another similar solution for online booking of their vacation rentals. They have found WebLink to be a great addition to their solution, as they do not have to manually upload information for their properties. Destin Beach Realty is now working on enhancing their website experience by using one of Instant Software's solutions, Rezolution. They look forward to launching three new websites with Rezolution in the near future. 

Throughout their relationship with Instant Software, Destin Beach Realty has learned about new solutions to help run their business more effectively and efficiently. Recently, they decided to add credit card processing, using Instant Processing Gateway with VacationRentPayments, an Instant Software partner.

"I wish we would have made the switch years ago! The process is swift, and you know right away if the credit card is declined," said Kelso. "It's great that we can run cards right through Entech. We don't have to deal with the mainline credit card machine and purchasing the supplies. It has been a wonderful addition to our business."
