Instant Software, the industry’s leading provider of Vacation Rental software and online solutions, led Vacation Rental management companies through an online seminar entitled Crisis Management for the Vacation Rental Industry designed to help property managers through difficult crisis situations.
“After talking to our clients along the Gulf Coast who are facing effects from the BP Oil Spill, we wanted to help in any way we could,” said Instant Software’s CEO Dave Hopcroft. “Our company has had a great deal of experience helping clients around the world through crisis situations, from natural disasters to disease, so we compiled our experience in an informative online seminar.”
Amber Mayer, Instant Software’s VP of Business Development and co-creator of Rezolution™, along with Marketing Communications Manager Amy Mutual, led companies through steps in Crisis Management, such as talking to the media, tracking lost revenue and providing scripts for employees.
Over 100 companies registered for the seminar, and not only included Vacation Rental management companies from the Gulf Coast, but was also attended by companies from Hawaii to North Carolina.
