Located in Park City, Utah, Alpine Ski Properties was founded in August 2003 with less than a dozen properties. Founders Kerry Cunningham and Linda Stice have since grown the company to include over 150 clients through incredible customer service and complete dedication to their client’s needs.
Alpine Ski Properties offers luxury ski accommodations in Park City and Deer Valley, Utah areas. Alpine Ski Properties started using First Resort for the first five years in business, although most of their staff had used it [First Resort] previously for about 15 years. In May 2008, they made the decision to make a business management solution upgrade and migrated to V12.NET. “Our transition to V12 was great and Instant Software’s team was there to assist us the entire way!” exclaimed Kerry Cunningham, President.
In addition, Alpine Ski Properties considers their use of WebLink to be extremely successful for online availability and booking. “We made our first online booking within days of the system going live and continue to receive regular online bookings even with the down economy. It’s definitely been an investment that has paid for itself,” says Kerry.
They commend the ease of setup for WebLink and the ability to provide them with a 24-hour reservationist. Marketing manager Andy Cunningham says, “The ability to reach out to so many guests through Instant Software’s network of channel partners is a tremendous advantage in the vacation rental market as well.”
