These tools, which analyze your operations on year-on-year and year-to-date basis are accessible through the Internet as a new feature of ISILink. Initial reports focus on statistics such as: number of reservations, revenue, nights, and commission income. They show the management company’s performance over time, profile its renters and provide tools that show how each homeowner is doing this year compared to prior years. The tools are flexible. Users may open pre-formatted reports and modify them to add filters, sort orders or different data fields.

Future Capabilities

The introductory tool set only analyzes data from the user’s company.  Instant Analysis allows participating companies to compare their statistics to the average statistics for their region and country as a whole, including advance booking patterns, pricing, discounting, and renter preference for specific home types, sizes and locations.
