WebLink comes with TravelLink so you can automate your relationships with travel agents. With TravelLink, travel agents can log-in with unique usernames and passwords, search for properties using multiple criteria, book properties real-time, enter credit card information, and receive confirmations. All of the reservation and travel agent information is automated and tracked in your property management system.
OwnerLink
Give your owners the power to access valuable information on your website 24/7. OwnerLink lets you create secure access on your website so that your owners can see information and book reservations without having to call your office. Imagine the amount of time you’ll save and the level of service you can offer your owners. You can also reduce the number of toll-free calls coming into your office.
OwnerLink works in conjunction with your website or can be accessed through direct links to the OwnerLink section of Instant Software’s web engine. Like WebLink, all of the information in OwnerLink is real-time and integrated directly to your business management system.
With OwnerLink, your owners click on the owner button on your website, enter their username and password, and receive the following capabilities:
- View statements for current and prior year
- Look at current rental calendar with summary of rental activity
- Process their own or guest reservations
- View all or select work orders for their property (optional)
- View historical and forward looking rentals of their properties with information such as: owner/owner guest nights booked; other reservations; average length of rental; average revenue per rental; average rental per reservation night, etc.
- Access documents such as your monthly newsletter or any other notices you wish to publish
- Easily change their own passwords

OwnerLink Plus gives you all of the benefits of OwnerLink, with the ability to create your own customized look and feel on your website. If you wish to maintain your own unique look and feel on your website, you can use OwnerLink Plus to customize your website layout. Like WebLink Plus, OwnerLink Plus is real-time and fully integrated to your Instant Software business management solution.
