During software implementation, all new clients receive training and an initial 3-month support period during which the client care department works closely on software configuration and provides assistance with everyday questions related to the use of the software.
After this 3-month period, Annual Support covers the following:
- Access to the Client Care staff for unlimited Technical Support
- Software Upgrades and Enhancements
- End of year mandatory changes to the IRS reporting system
- Modifications or changes to taxation calculations
- Changes in 1099 reporting and form redesign/layout
- Corrections to errors in the software
- Integration to ISILink, the only real-time integrated Global Distribution System for the Vacation Rental industry for you to distribute your properties to our network of Channel Partners reaching over 45 million potential travelers per month, or through your own booking site using one of our WebLink solutions
- Owner Rewards, the most innovative incentive program for homeowner retention
- Instant Software’s KnowledgeBase for quick and easy methods to solve common issues
- Technical Bulletins
- Newsletters
Annual Support also provides the following opportunities (for additional costs) which are not available to clients who decline active support:
- Schedule onsite and remote training
- Attend regional industry seminars
- Hire Professional services
- If you decline annual support, you will not be entitled to any updates, enhancements, new releases, fixes or statutory legal changes listed below. Without annual support, a client is not allowed access to any Instant Software staff or services, including, Client Care/Technical Support, Training, and Professional Services.
