Are your commissions and fees are not showing on the owner statement?
It’s month end processing time and you process owner revenue and print
the statements, only to find out that the commission and fees are not
showing up on the owner statement! Why is that, how do you fix this? If
this happens to you, make sure that the commissions and fees that are
set up for each contract are marked to show owner.
This is the process:
Go to the Owners & Units > Contract Search > type in the owners’ name (or
Unit in unit name field) > click on find now. Click on the
contract’s blue hyperlink.

On the bottom of the contract screen, you will find the commission and
fees for this contract. Make sure that the option for show owner says
“Yes”. If not, click on the pencil and paper (the edit button) to the
left of the item that is not appearing on the owner’s statement. This
will allow you to the edit the show owner option. Change the show owner
option from “No” to “Yes”, click on the save button.

Please Note: If your company would like to use the Show Owner “No”
option be sure you understand how the Net option will affect those fees
and other fees to the owner. We will have more information on this
