WHAT TO DO IN PROPERTYPLUS WHEN THE SCREEN
APPEARS TO BE FROZEN WHEN RUNNING A LONG ROUTINE
There may be times when while you’re
running a long routine in PropertyPlus, the screen appears to be frozen
or go completely white or grey. There is no need to end the Task or
Cntrl/Alt/Del out of the system. Here are some tips on what you can do:
One way to confirm that the process is
still running is to click anywhere in the screen or move your mouse. As
long as the cursor is an hour glass, this means the process is still
running even if the screen seems frozen.
You can also try using the F7 key to
refresh the screen.
If you check the process through Task
Manager you might see, as in the screen shot below, that “the system is
not responding.” This is often a misnomer. Do not end the task,
because as you will see in the second screen shot, the process is still
going. Please do not stop any process in PropertyPlus by ending the
task or Cntrl/Alt/Del.

If you
are still unsure whether you should end the routine please contact
support immediately on 866-PHONE ISI (866-746-6347).
