V12.NET - HARDWARE

Initially, V12.NET will be offered with your data being hosted and stored in our secure data storage facilities at ViaWest. Future releases of V12.NET will allow you to host your own data in your own facilities. The choice of where your data is hosted will be yours. 

ViaWest has secure hosting facilities in Denver, Colorado; Portland, Oregon; and Salt Lake City, Utah. The Salt Lake City facility will serve as a standby hosting location for all data hosted by us. Our systems transfer secure backups of your data every few minutes to the Salt Lake City facility, so that in the event of a catastrophic failure in Denver, Colorado – only a few moments of interruption to service will be experienced.  

By utilizing this dual location system, there will always be a viable backup of your data which we be able to supply to you for piece of mind storage. ViaWest is a tier one location and is the hosting service for companies like Frontier Airlines and the Denver Broncos. 

By hosting your data in this way, we minimize the dependency on local technology and the related costs. No more expensive servers that need special software, service or upgrades at large expenses to your company. 

By accessing your data through the web, in a hosted environment, all you need are computers capable of accessing the web (we recommend high speed connections); Microsoft Windows XP or higher; Microsoft Explorer 6.0 or higher and that have a screen resolution of 1024x768. All other hardware constraints and requirements are handled for you by Instant Software.

Your team will log into your SSL Secure V12.NET company using a secure name, password and company code – it’s that easy. It’s really just like logging into any web site.
