V12.NET - PRICING

We have designed the pricing structure for V12.NET to protect your current investment in any Instant Software product for which you own a license for. The pricing of your move up to V12.NET is as follows: 

System License: If you own a license to run either First Resort (AVMAIN), PropertyPlus or Entech Data System and have a current, up-to-date support agreement, the price for moving up to a V12.NET license will be calculated as follows:  

The current V12.NET license price minus the today price of your present Instant Software solution license. 

What does this mean? If the license for your company to move up to V12.NET is, say $10,000, we deduct from that, the today value of the license you already have. Thus, if the today value of the license your company owns is $9,000 – you would only have to pay $1,000 to get V12.NET.

It is worth pointing out here that the today value is NOT what you paid for it – even if you purchased a license 12 years ago at, say, $3,000 – if the today cost is $9,000, that is the credit you will receive! 

Please note that some modules will be included in V12.NET whilst other modules will be substituted for the latest methodology using the most up-to-date technology. 

Data Conversion/Installation/Business Set-up: Are at the prevailing rates, currently $500 and $1,000 per day respectively. 

Training: We have structured our training program to be as efficient and flexible as possible by making extensive use of the web and online meeting tools like www.gotomeeting.com. This coupled with the fact V12.NET has been designed to be as intuitive and easy to use as possible means that you and your staff will become familiar with the software very quickly. 

We realize that training is something no one ever feels that they have time for but is of utmost importance – properly trained staff will get the most out of V12.NET and maximize your return on your investment. Training can be provided via phone, internet or onsite. Often a combination of all three works out best. 

We suggest discussing your specific training requirements with your sales consultant. We know that all companies are different and one size does not fit all when it comes to training. It is for this reason that we have not increased the cost of V12.NET to ‘include’ training - training will be adjusted to your company’s needs - and we only charge for the training you actually need. Training is priced at $1,000 per day. 

Hosting: V12.NET data for your company will be hosted in the secure data servers of ViaWest. The fee covers the cost of not only the storage of your data, but the backing up of data and the bandwidth required to access the data through the internet. The fee is priced on a $2.00 per property per month basis. 

Please note that due to the huge number of clients using the hosted system it is not viable to constantly monitor, on a daily basis, how many properties a company has on at any one moment. To simplify this process, we simply multiply the number of units you are licensed for by the hosting fee ($2.00). 

Support: Support for your V12.NET software will be based on the size of the license you own and detailed in a published table. Support includes, but is not limited to: New versions and upgrades to your currently licensed software solution; unlimited support calls; and use of the Instant Software knowledge base and help desk. 

Support agreements are automatically renewed annually unless notified in writing in advance of the billing.
