Welcome to RezFest – the premier user conference for the Vacation Rental Industry. The RezFest conference is built upon years of success as the best attended, most informative, and friendliest networking conference in the Vacation Rental Industry. RezFest 2007 will bring Entech, First Resort, PropertyPlus and V12.NET clients together with partners of Instant Software for three days of education and networking.

Aspen is a well known tourist destination for good reason – the physical beauty, fine dining, outdoor activities, diverse shopping, and the friendly nature of the folks in this mountain town all combine to produce an excellent resort atmosphere.  Late September is the time for fall colors in the Rocky Mountains. 

Area Activities

Activities are plentiful are plentiful in Aspen and the surrounding areas. Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Boating, Hunting and Whitewater sports lead the outdoor activity circuit. Shopping, Dining, Scenic Driving Tours, and exploring the many drinking establishments in Aspen usually fills the time for visitors and locals alike. Have fun and explore the Aspen/Roaring Fork Valley while you are here. It is very common for our clients to spend a few extra days in the valley around the conference.

During RezFest, the Instant Software sales desk will be open for you and your team to get product demonstrations and information on all of our products including V12.NET. Stop by the desk at anytime to get the information you desire, get a quote or just to find out what is new.

Registration and Cancellation

Once you register for RezFest 2007, you will be billed by our accounting department for your total number of registrations. Due to nature of this event and having to supply guaranteed numbers to caterers and others, we will not be able to offer refunds on cancellations once you have been billed. If you need to change the name of an attendee, we will gladly accept these changes up till September, 18th.
