Unlimited Technical Support – There’s no per-use fee for our support, which is available by phone or email from 9 am to 5 pm in each US time zone or via this website 24/7. Your contact is immediately entered in our support tracking system that results in instant response and a complete record of the call or contact.
Out-of-Hours Emergency Support – After hours and weekend support is available by calling your technical support phone number. If it is an emergency, you will be contacted by our support department right away. Non-emergency calls will be returned the next business day.
Help Desk – A FREE service - If you have a quick question, can’t remember a command, or are filling in for the person who usually operates the system, our Help Desk is just a call away. If the our Knowledge Base doesn’t have the answer, the question is automatically forwarded to our support department who contacts you with the answer and posts it on the Knowledge Base for other users with the same question or issue.
