Vacation Rental University is back on the road this fall with stops in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and Ocean City, Maryland. These one-day educational events, focus on industry trends and solutions, and are designed for owners, managers, supervisors and key team members in the Vacation Rental Industry.

Sessions run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and the cost is $30 per attendee. Registration includes lunch and breaks. Vacation Rental University is open to all rental and property managers.

Instant Software will be joined at VRU by some truly outstanding sponsors, many of whom will be providing educational talks on issues affecting the Vacation Rental Industry. We will be adding more sponsors, as we get closer to this event, so please be on the lookout for emails updating the schedule of events for these seminars.

Our Keynote Speaker for the event, will be industry analyst and Instant Software Director of Research and Statistical Analysis, George Volsky.  The topic of George's speech is, "How the Internet is Generating New Service Offerings and Fee Structures in Vacation Rentals." 'Rent-by-Owner' or 'RBO' is perhaps the most visible outgrowth of the new Internet search and booking technology. But the significant trend is how the Internet is generating a new breed of service offerings and fee structures. George will discuss new trends arising form Internet technologies and explore how rent-by-owner is uncovering previously unseen customer needs and profit opportunities.
